Teen murder suspect charged as a juvenile
The teen suspect in a school shooting in Ohio will not be charged as an adult.
A judge ruling to charge 17-year old, T.J. Lane, with three juvenile counts of aggravated murder. He's accused of opening fire in the school cafeteria just before classes on Monday morning at Chardon High School.
Five students were shot, three of them were killed.
