Memphis Police officers have located 4-year-old Rebecca Lewis and the man accused of kidnapping her from her Lakeland Home.

31-year-old West Hogs was spotted with Rebecca just around noon near Baptist Memorial Hospital.

Police cornered Hogs and quickly arrested him.  Rebecca was checked out by paramedics.

According to Memphis Police, an employee at the hospital recognized the two from the Amber Alert issued in Tennessee.

Hogs was stopped as he tried to leave the hospital's parking lot, according to WMC-TV.

The two had also been seen inside the hospital, according to media reports.

"Our baby is coming home," said Oma Mae Lewis, grandmother, during a news conference after receiving word Rebecca was safe.

Rebecca was snatched from her Lakeland home at the Lazy Dazy mobile home park over the weekend by Hogs.  He is known to the family.

At a news conference on Monday, Sheriff Grady Judd said that Hogs and Rebecca had been spotted in Nashville around 2:28 a.m. on Monday morning.

An Amber Alert had been issued in five states for Rebecca -- Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.  It has been canceled.

"Don't you hurt that baby," Judd said early Monday in an emotional plea for Hogs to turn her over to someone safe.

The Polk County, Florida, Sheriff's Office says was originally known as Matthew Clark Pybus. He legally changed his name to Hogs.

Court records in Russell County, Alabama, show the man went by Pybus when he was arrested in December 2007 on a charge of disorderly conduct following a fight or threatening behavior that occurred a few days earlier.

He lived in Phenix City at the time. Records show the charge was dismissed the next month at the request of prosecutors.
