QUANTICO, Va. (AP) - A lockdown has been lifted but three Marines including a suspect are dead of gunshot wounds at their base in Quantico, Va. A base spokesman says it all began with a shooting around late last night that left one Marine dead. That led to a standoff with the suspect, who apparently killed another Marine and then killed himself.
