Gun-toting Cypress Lake teen charged as an adult
FORT MYERS, Fla. - A 15-year-old Cypress Lake High School football player will face charges as an adult for carrying a gun onto a school bus and threatening to shoot another teen.
Quadrayle Davis faces four charges in connection with the incident. Davis is charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, possessing a weapon or firearm on school property, carrying a concealed firearm and possession of a firearm by a minor.
The story stirred national attention because a student who disarmed Davis was suspended from school for his actions.
