Crash closes Pondella Road in Lee County
FORT MYERS, Fla. - A Hit and run crash in Cape Coral closed a busy road Monday night.
Lee County deputies closed Pondella Road at Northeast 19th Place in North Fort Myers as they looked for a suspect.
A Chevy Blazer and Lincoln Sedan hit head on and one of the drivers then took off but was caught a short time later. One person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
