Price at the pump starting to retreat in Southwest Florida
TAMPA, Fla. - For the first time since January gasoline prices started to retreat. The price of a gallon of unleaded regular which hovered between $3.90 and $4.00 in Southwest Florida is down nearly a dime.
Gas prices made historic climbs since mid-January breaking records according to AAA.
The national average price of regular unleaded gasoline is $3.75, 3 cents less than last week. Florida’s average of $3.82 decreased 5 cents from last week.
