Severe weather hits Tampa Bay
TAMPA, Fla. - The severe weather system moving through Florida toward Southwest Florida kicked up a waterspout in Tampa this morning.
A SKYWARN Spotter on vacation from Colorado, Robert Siegel, captured the image and reported to the National Weather Service that the rotation hit the Westin Hotel where he is staying.
The NWA is reporting tree debrief and is listing the waterspout as a F0 tornado.
Tampa Emergency Management reported a tree and a pole down.
