2 arrested in Deep Creek crack house raid
DEEP CREEK, Fla. - Charlotte County narcotics detectives raided the home of a suspected Deep Creek crack cocaine dealer.
Detectives arrested 28-year-old Andy Roger Balmir and 23-year-old Savannah Rose Larue.
CCSO undercover narcotics detectives purchased crack twice from Balmir in November of 2012.
A search warrant was obtained and executed at 6:20 a.m. Thursday. Detectives located two digital scales; $2,360 in a safe, a bathroom trash can with cocaine residue, and marijuana inside Balmir’s 2002 Ford Explorer in the garage.
Balmir and Larue were arrested and taken to the Charlotte County Jail. Balmir, a convicted felon, was charged with eight; two counts each for sale and delivery of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia; and one count each for possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
Larue was charged with possession of crack cocaine; she remains in jail on a $5,000 bond while Balmir remains in jail on no bond due to his felony criminal history.
