Red Sox spring training begins at JetBlue Stadium
FORT MYERS, Fla.- The first of 20 home Red Sox games is today, Thursday, Feb. 21.
This is the second season for spring training at the JetBlue Stadium.
The first game begins at 1:35pm against Northeastern University (Huskies) and the second game starts around 4pm against Boston College Eagles.
JetBlue Park stadium sits on 106-acre site off of Daniels Parkway east of Interestate 75. The stadium has a seating capactity of 10,000 and is built to the same specifications as Fenway Park in Boston.
The Red Sox play the Tampa Bay Rays at 1:35pm on Saturday and play the Cardinals on Sunday.
