Cape Coral man arrested for groping girls

CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Cape Coral police arrested a 41-year-old man for a sexual incident with two girls.
The girls told police that Ariel Insua exposed himself and groped at least one of them.
Insua turned himself into police last Friday and he is charged with indecent exposure, battery and a sex offense of an unnatural and lascivious act.
