CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Is a sex club operating in a Cape Coral neighborhood?

A concerned viewing calling and saying he suspects that's exactly what's going on.

With a daycare nearby, he's worried about safety in the area.

We're going to call that man "Billy" to protect his identity. He says he believes a club catering to swingers is operating alongside other businesses in a Cape Coral industrial park, just feet from unsuspecting homeowners.

'Billy' says his friends alerted him to a special Southwest Florida club they recently joined.

"They'll do whatever your heart desires," said Billy. "There's a pool, a torture room, it's called the Dungeon Room where they tie you up."

Billy joined a swinger's site, Fetlife.com, to dig a little deeper. He says it's there that he learned of this unmarked building he believes is connected to the website TheOtherOz.com. It markets itself as the only on-premise lifestyle club in Southwest Florida.

It promotes several sexual themed events each week. To learn more, you have to become a member.

At this building in the Cape Coral Industrial Park near Del Prado and Pine Island Road there's only a yellow brick road painted on the doors.

There was no answer at the door when FOX 4 crews knocked.

"To everyday people no one knows about it, nobody has a clue," Billy said.

That includes neighbors.

"It's weird because there is no name on the building," said Matt Rys. His girlfriend Liz Pereira lives nearby with her family.

"I didn't even think that they had anything like that around here," Liz said. "I don't think its good when my little brother is running around because sometimes they play back there."

Matt has noticed some strange activity and others in the area told us the location attracts a crowd late at night.

"Over the course of the last few months I've heard really loud music," Matt said. "Kind of beat the walls a little bit it sounded like."

The only contact for "The Other Oz" is a phone number and an email address for the "Sorceress."  We called but had to leave a message.

That took us on a journey down the yellow brick road trying to find out what's really going on in that building.

We called the industrial park's owner. He didn't know the name of the business there but said the property management company recently handed the business an eviction notice. He didn't tell FOX 4 why.

"My concerns is there is a daycare 2 to 300 feet down from this thing," said Billy.

The owner of Little Hearts Early Learning Center talked to us off camera. She said she hasn't seen any activity there but that it would definitely concern her if it was a sex club.

Other neighbors aren't bothered.

"I think that whatever makes you happy, whatever makes you do your thing as long as there's nothing awful going on back there where dangerous or drug use," said Tyler Shelton.

"I just want the people of Cape Coral to know that this exists and they need to keep a better eye on out here and pay attention to what's going on," said Billy.

FOX 4 is going to continue to follow this story for you and find out exactly what was operating out of that Cape Coral building.
