Passenger numbers jump at Southwest Florida International Airport
FORT MYERS, Fla. - Air travel is on the rebound at Southwest Florida International Airport. Year to year RSW saw a 7.2 percent increase from January 2012.
The airport saw 755,232 passenger with Delta topping the airlines with 161,665 travelers. AirTran, JetBlue, Southwest and US Airways round out the top five airlines serving Fort Myers.
RSW served more than 7.3 million passengers in 2012 and is one of the top 50 U.S. airports for passenger traffic.
