LEE COUNTY, Fla - Embattled former Lee County Commissioner Brian Bigelow is going back into a drug rehab treatment center as he still faces criminal drug charges.
Bigelow agreed to go into treatment as part of a court agreement approved today. Bigelow was re-arrested earlier this month after authorities say he failed a drug test. That drug test was part of the conditions of release for cocaine possession charges he was hit with in January.
That case is still ongoing.
