CAPE CORAL - Fire officials are investigating a house fire on SE 19th Terrace in Cape Coral. Thats just off Academy Blvd.
It was called in around 5am by a neighbor who saw flames through the roof.
It was fully involved when officials arrived.
The owner of the house lives in Tennessee, and neighbors are saying no one has been in the home for about a year.
There were no injuries.
Officials are saying power line was down in the back, which was an obstacle for firefighters. But the fire was put out promptly.
