FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. - FOX 4 News has learned that the investigation into a fire that destroyed a garbage truck, an RV and a camper is focusing on the hydraulics of the trash truck.

The State Fire Marshall looking into the fire says while an exact cause has yet to be determined, it appears an issue with the hydraulics may have sparked the fire at the Red Coconut RV Resort on Thursday.

Advanced Disposal Services, which owns the garbage truck, has not returned phone calls about the incident.

The blaze caused some explosions when nearby propane tanks caught fire.

A family from Canada lost all of their belongings in the fire.  One person had to be treated for smoke inhalation.
