CALIFORNIA - The manhunt for a former cop accused of declaring war on other police officers is now centered around California's Big Bear Lake.
Investigators say Christopher Jordan Dorner shot and killed a Riverside, California police officer days after killing two other people.
Police say Dorner -- a former Los Angeles cop --wrote a manifesto, claiming the attacks are payback for him being fired.
