No bond for former Lee Commissioner Bigelow
FORT MYERS, Fla. - A judge refused bond for former Lee County Commissioner Brian Bigelow Wednesday morning.
Bigelow was arrested Tuesday morning for violating the conditions of his pre-trial release following his arrest by Fort Myers police who found him with cocaine.
The judge told Bigelow and his attorney that he could get out of jail if he agreed to go into a 28 day treatment program.
Bigelow was also involved in a drug-related traffic stop traffic stop last November.
