Fort Myers police make arrest in 2012 murder
FORT MYERS, Fla. - Fort Myers detectives made an arrest in the November 2012 murder of Markeish Corbett.
Monday 22-year-old Antwond Roberts was charged with second degree murder.
Investigators say Roberts shot and killed Corbett as he sat in his car at a store on November 5th. Roberts left Corbett in the parking lot and stole his car driving it to Charlotte County.
Charlotte County deputies found Roberts in the vicinity of the recovered stolen vehicle and arrested him. He was initially charged with loitering and prowling and resisting arrest without violence.
