Naples police investigate suspicious encounter involving girls, age 9
NAPLES, Fla. - Naples police are looking for a man driving a black older model SUV who was involved in a suspicious incident Wednesday around 4 p.m. near Lake Park School.
Four 9-year-old girls told officers that they were followed by a man driving that SUV while walking in the 1200 block of 14th Avenue North.
The vehicle drove from the area as the children ran to a friend’s house and knocked on the door.
The driver was described a white male with short brown “crew cut” style hair, wearing dark sunglasses. The vehicle was described as a black older model SUV, possibly a Jeep Wrangler.
