WFTX - Vitamins are important but they should come from a nutritious diet filled with 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.

Sometimes even when eating a healthy diet you could still be deficient in certain vitamins, minerals or anti-oxidants.

To know which you might be deficient in, there is a blood test called "Spectracell" which your physician or health care providers can order.

With these results you can then choose the specific vitamins, minerals or anti oxidants that your body needs to supplement a healthy diet.

Remember vitamins are NOT a substitute for a well balance diet.

Eat 'Living Foods' Daily!  Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Limit all meats and dairy. Eat foods with lots of color - foods that come out of the ground.

Get 30 minutes of exercise daily; 7-8 hours of quality sleep and keep the stress level down.
