CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla - Charlotte County deputies say they have the man who tried to rob a woman in a parking lot.
Investigators say 55 year old James Ellingsworth is accused of reaching into a woman's car while she was parked and demanding money! The woman ended up putting the car in reverse and calling 911.
Deputies say when they got on scene, Ellingsworth was still there. He's being held without bond.
