Booboo the bear captured in Golden Gate Estates
GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Fla. - The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission captured a grizzly bear cub today not far from the home that it escaped from earlier this week in Golden Gate Estates.
FWC says the cub was darted and transported back to its home.
The 100-pound cub ran away from a private residence in the 4000 block of DeSoto Boulevard Tuesday morning.
FWC found Boo Boo just a few miles from that location.
