Deputies responded Tuesday to the Murdock WalMart after security was given information from the North Port WalMart concerning a recent television theft in that store.

Murdock WalMart Security had enough information and came up with names and photographs of Sander and Davis and distributed a flyer to store associates.

Security was notified that by an employee that she saw the subjects on the flyer that may have gotten away with a television earlier this month. Security reviewed surveillance footage for that day and saw the subjects enter the store and put a 47-inch LG LED 3D television in a cart.

Davis exited the store with their two small children while Sander actually stopped to ask for assistance in loading it into their car.
