Prison for Cape Coral pot dealer
CAPE CORAL, Fla. - A 34-year-old Cape Coral man accepted a plea deal after his arrest on October 1, 2012 on charges of marijuana possession with intent to sell and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
When Cape Coral police arrested Bruce Lekendrick Davis, they found him with 321 grams of marijuana, an AK47 style rifle, a 9mm pistol and a large amount of ammunition in his home.
On January 8th Davis accepted a plea deal that will send him prison for 3-and-a-half years.
