Lee County plane on agenda for Port Authority
FORT MYERS, Fla. - A plane used by Lee County commissioners and other public officials, first brought to light by a FOX 4 News investigation, is being discussed today by the Lee County Port Authority.
THE LCPA will decide whether it should keep the plane, seized several years ago in a drug raid. Questions have arisen over the cost of operating the plane.
The LCPA also took up the issue of noise by commercial aircraft flying over the Fort Myers Beach area.
