Port Charlotte woman arrested in Walgreen's thefts

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - Charlotte County deputies arrested a 31-year-old Port Charlotte woman in connection with thefts from two Walgreen stores.

Janet Nicole Klotzbier is charged with grand theft and two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Klotzbier was first arrested on December 8th when she was caught stealing an overflowing shopping cart with more than $500 worth of items from a Walgreen's in Murdock.  Deputies also found prescription drugs in her purse. 

On Sunday deputies arrested her again, this time with 122 items valued at $1,210 from a Walgreen's in Port Charlotte.  She posted a $2,500 bond and was released.
