Southwest Florida - Sorry to disappoint, but the world did not end today as predicted by the end of the Mayan calender.
Fox 4 Rising's Colleen Hogan has more on the predictions and how viewers are reacting.
People all around the globe prepared foe the end by doing everything from stocking up on supplies to hosting end of the world parties.
Here in Southwest Florida, a Ft. Myers church held an early morning service to celebrate the earth. The Cape Coral Police Department got into the spirit by sending out a humorous tweet, saying the department would continue it's service after the world was supposed to end.
