Suspected Punta Gorda drug dealer arrested
PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - Charlotte County narcotics detectives arrested a 34-year-old Punta Gorda man following three undercover drug buys.
Detectives arrested James Lee Dabney after he sold subscription pain killers to detectives two times in August and a third time in October.
Dabney is charged with two counts of Sale and Delivery of Vicodin, two counts of Possession of Vicodin, and one count each for Sale and Delivery of Hydrocodone and Possession of Hydrocodone. He remains in jail on no bond due to his extensive criminal record.
