WFTX - The anonymous job rating website, Glass Door, is out with it's annual list of the 50 best companies to work for in the U.S.
The list is based entirely on employee feedback, with workers rating how satisfied they are with their company overall, along with various workplace factors like career opportunities and compensation & benefits.
In at number one is Facebook, the only company to be number one twice. The social network also won in 2011.
In at second place is McKinsey and Company.
Number three is Riverbed Technology.
Number four is Bain and Company.
And number five is MD Anderson Cancer Center.
