Cape Coral, Fla.---FOX 4's John Rupolo is continuing his investigation whether or not Cape Coral City manager John Szerlag is skirting the law.
Monday we reported that although he has been a resident for 7 months he still has not changed his plates on the car you're paying for him to drive. We will have more tonight on FOX 4 News at 6.
