Preparation is the key word. You should prepare to shop, cook and eat healthy foods; and prepare time to be active during this time when stress levels are high and when we eat and drink too much.
Make healthy eating and healthy activities a part of your every day habits. Once you have engrained these behaviors into your lifestyle and they are habits you will be more successful and as a result more healthy!
