Thieves steal baseball equipment at North Port High School
NORTH PORT, Fla. - North Port police are investigating the theft of more than $6,000 worth of baseball equipment from North Port High School.
Early on the morning of Wednesday November 14 security cameras captured images of two people walking through the ball field. The school's baseball coach found a door unlocked with several pieces of equipment missing.
Besides catching an image of the two suspects another security camera captured a shot of a silver SUV parked at the school used by the two suspects.
The thieves took bats, balls, a radar gun and baseball gloves.
