Penalty phase of Dunn daycare murder trial continues

FORT MYERS, Fla. - The penalty phase is underway in the capital murder trial of Robert Dunn. He's convicted of shooting to death his estranged wife, Christine, in 2008 at Bobbie Noonan's Child Care in Cape Coral.
Witness testimony continues today. Jurors will make a recommendation of either life in prison or the death penalty.
