Gasoline prices reverse trend dropping in Southwest Florida
CAPE CORAL, Fla. - After a Thanksgiving holiday bump the cost of a gallon of gasoline reversed dropping nearly four cents a gallon across much of Southwest Florida.
According to GasBuddy.com a gallon of regular unleaded fell in Cape Coral 3.2 centers per gallon in the past week to $3.37. That's 12 cents per gallon cheaper than it was a month ago.
Meanwhile AAA reports that the trend in Cape Coral reflects what's happening across the state of Florida where a gallon of gas fell on average two cents per gallon. Nationally a gallon of gasoline is average $3.39 per gallon according to AAA.
