FORT MYERS, Fla.- Fox 4 Rising's Alex Butler checks out a local pizza place that's offering up a pizza covered in some unusual monsters. Evan's Neighborhood Pizza has debuted an Everglades Pizza that features: swamp cabbage, python meat, frog legs, and gator. Yes, it really is python fillets that you can order on your next Everglades Pizza.
Owners, Evan and Avis Daniell came up with the idea just to add some buzz to their facebook page and now they sell a few a month for about $45 a pie. If you are interested in ordering an Everglades Pizza they ask for 24 hours notice.
Other pizza's in the works: Roadkill Pizza with raccoon, armadillo and possum.
