Fort Myers man arrested for Charlotte County TV theft
DEEP CREEK, Fla. - Charlotte County deputies arrested a Fort Myers man walking out of a Walmart near Deep Creek on Monday with two 32-inch flat screen televisions.
50-year-old Donald Kirk Berry faces a charge of grand theft and a charge for violating his felony probation in Lee County.
Walmart security called deputies when they say Berry put two televisions in a cart and leave the building without paying for them. The television's were valued at $496.
Berry was taken to the Charlotte County Jail where he remains on no bond.
