TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Florida's Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is back up and running.

National technology problems at JP Morgan chase has crashed at 7 a.m. and was out for six hours.  EBT card holders were unable to use their cards for normal processing at grocery, convenience and other stores.

EBT cards are used by recipients of cash and food assistance for purchases at approved stores.
