4 arrested after deputies raid Port Charlotte meth dealer's home
PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- Charlotte County Sheriff's Narcotics Unit detectives arrested four Port Charlotte residents following a raid Wednesday on a known Methamphetamine dealer’s home.
Arrested was 37 year old Michelle Lee Spittler where the raid took place; 34 year old Gabriel Paul McCay,25 year old Virginia Joy Underwood, and 33 year old Jason Lopez.
Prior to CCSO Narcotics detectives obtaining a search warrant, surveillance was conducted on the Goodman Circle home that revealed numerous people inside the home as well as several cars coming and going from that location.
All four were found inside the home when the search warrant was served. McCay was searched and had in his possession Methamphetamine, Oxycodone, Dilaudid, Suboxone, Alprazolam, Diazapam, Methadone and marijuana. Also found in the home was a Pyrex smoking pipe with Meth residue, a digital scale with Meth residue, and two smoking devices with marijuana residue.
