Trial starts this week for man accused of killing his wife at Cape daycare
CAPE CORAL, Fla.---The trial is scheduled to start this week for the man accused of killing his wife at a Cape Coral daycare.
Robert Dunn faces a charge of first degree murder for the death of his wife Christy.
Police say back in January of 2008 Dunn walked into Bobby Noonan's Daycare and fatally shot her in front of several children. Opening statements in the trial are expected to start later this week.
