Fort Myers police seize drugs, weapon in bust
FORT MYERS, Fla. - Special Investigators from the Fort Myers Police Department with an assist from SWAT served a search warrant at 3238 C Street seizing drugs and a weapon.
23-year-old Desmond Garlin was arrested for drug possession and intent to sell along with other charges.
An investigation by detectives revealed that drugs were being sold from the home. Police seized 24 grams of marijuana, 8.5 grams of cocaine along with Oxycodone and MDMA. The drugs had a street value of $1,000.
Police also seized an assault rifle and $416.00 in cash.
