NAPLES, Fla.- The Collier County Sheriff is facing off against the same challenger he faced 4 years ago. Incumbent Kevin Rambosk easily beating Vincent Angiolillo in the general election.
Sheriff Rambosk won 80.53% of the votes while his opponent took 19.46% of votes.
Rambosk won the primary back in August against opponent Victor Ortino.
Sheriff Rambosk spent election night at Shula's inside the Hilton Hotel.
The Sheriff was confident he would be celebrating a win tonight.
"I have had the opportunity to campaign against each of the challengers this year and we did it again. I anticipate a better outcome on our end. We've had so much to offer over the last 4 years," said Sheriff Rambosk.
