Local FPL crews dispatched to Northeast for Sandy
FORT MYERS, Fla.---Florida Power and Light is already sending crews to help restore power to those in the northeast. Crews left Southwest Florida early this morning. FPL is deploying more than 560 employees and nearly 350 trucks to Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. to assist with restoration efforts.
