CAPE CORAL, Fla. - We're now just days until the election and with that in mind, two candidates made stops in Southwest Florida Sunday.
Four In Your Corner's Colleen Hogan spoke with Republican U.S. Senate candidate Connie Mack and Republican Congressional candidate Trey Radel.
The men stopped by the Lee County Victory office in Ft. Myers to rally the base and thank volunteers for their hard work, shaking hands and posing for pictures.
Mack and Radel each gave a quick speech, looking forward to the election before heading off to Naples for another campaign stop. Mack has been touring the state with Marco Rubio and Mitt Romney.
Sunday, he talked about repealing The Affordable Care Act and Dodd-Frank, the Wall Street Financial Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
Both men said they were there to encourage people to vote.
"We're here to rally the base," Radel said. "It is imperative that right here in Southwest Florida in particular we get as many people out to vote as we can. We're gonna elect our next senator, Connie Mack and our next president, Mitt Romney."
"It's about getting the vote out," Mack said. "It's about saying thank you to the volunteers that are working so hard, making phone calls, reaching out to their friends and neighbors, talking to people on the street."
