Suspect San Carlos Park hit and run driver finally arrested
FORT MYERS, Fla. - The driver of a pick up truck involved in a hit and run accident that seriously injured a San Carlos Park teenager August 9th was finally arrested on Thursday.
21-year-old Chelsie Dahlbeck was charged with felony hit and run and failure to stop/remain at a crash involving an injury.
Investigators believe Dahlbeck was driving down Sanibel Boulevard in the early morning hours when she hit Keisha Bien-Aime who was waiting at her bus stop.
Dahlbeck went free by posting a $10,000 bond.
