5 arrested in Port Charlotte drug bust
PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - Charlotte County detectives with an assist form SWAT raided a Port Charlotte drug house Wednesday.
Narcotics detectives made five arrests in the 2100 block of Beacon Drive.
Detectives arrested 52-year-old Eduardo Carril, 52-year-old Beatriz Lopez, 38-year-old Jeana Boisvert and two 16-year-old boys, children of two of the suspects.
Investigators searched Carril's and Lopez's bedroom and seized plastic baggies with cocaine and more than $1,000 in cash.
Undercover operations in September led detectives to the home.
All five were arrested and face various drug charges.
