Foods that can change your mood
WFTX - On this 4 Your Health Tuesday... the foods you are eating could actually be making you grumpy.
Avoid the following foods that can wreck your mood.
First.. potato chips. Because most are fried, the oils block out the good Omega 3 fatty acids that your brain craves.
Soda! Your mood is sure to plummet after the initial sugar rush.
Just in time for fall: processed pumpkin seeds. Try eating fresh ones instead.
If you are eating breakfast.. maybe put down that bagel. They are filled with carbs that restult in a major mood bust later.
Another one that could be hard to avoid right now - sweet potatoes. All the sugar that usually goes along can alter your mood minutes after eating.
