FORT MYERS, Fla. - A Lee County attorney who recently backed the County Manager is resigning.
Michael Hunt says he is dealing with family issues in North Carolina and plans to leave his post next August.
Hunt recently backed Lee County Manager Karen Hawes by saying she did have the authority to shut down the Medstar program when she did a couple of months ago.
