CAPE CORAL, Fla. – An accused cop killer tracked down to Cape Coral is now in North Carolina.
36 year -Old Scott Sica is now in North Carolina where he will face charges for that murder.
Sica was arrested in Cape Coral more than a week ago for the 1996 murder of a Jonesville, North Carolina police officer.
He's being held without bond.
