Operation Safe Neighborhood pulls more guns off the street
FORT MYERS, Fla. - More than a dozen guns are off the streets of Fort Myers, thanks to a police campaign to make your neighborhood safer.
18 guns were seized by Fort Myers police last month as part of Operation Safe Neighborhood.
Along with the gun seizures, more than 170 arrests were made including more than 100 felony charges.
This year alone 249 guns have been taken off the streets of Fort Myers thanks to operation safe neighborhood.
