Pirate Fest kicks off this weekend
FORT MYERS, Fla. – Pirate Fest on Fort Myers Beach gets underway tonight, after a roller coaster week that had the event cancelled for a short time.
The annual celebration is happening from 5pm to 10pm tonight in Fort Myers Beach.
Last week, the promotion group behind event dropped out, forcing businesses to scramble and come together to keep the event going.
The festivities will continue through the weekend.
